A 86 year old man came from rural area of pune district. He had complaints of chest pain from past 6 hours and referred for Primary Angioplasty to Dr. Vaibhav B Patil – Cardiologist in Pune.Patient was taken for Primary Angioplasty. He report showed suggestive of critical lesion of 90-95 % in LAD and 90% in LCX.

He successfully underwent Primary angioplasty to Mid LAD AND LCX TO OM vessel, this procedure turned out to be a life saving procedure as the case was operated in time.
