74 year old male was suffering from Chronic kidney disease (End stage Renal disease) he had complaints of chest pain & cardiac arrest. He was given Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in causality and was intubated for 5 days.
After stabilization patient serum creatinine showed 5.6, the patient was on maintenance haemodialysis. His angiography depicted suggestive of 80-90% lesion in proximal LAD & 90-95% lesion in proximal LCX.
Dr. Vaibhav Patil- Cardiologist in Pune operated his case and patient successfully underwent angioplasty to LAD and LCX (Double vessel angioplasty).
Patient underwent haemodialysis after angioplasty and now he is doing well. He got discharged on 3rd day.
