62 year old male Case of IHD acute Anterior wall Myocardial Infarction Coronary Artery Disease angiography done outside -Left main disease with Double vessel disease. Patient was advised Bypass surgery (CABG). As patient does not want to undergo bypass Surgery. Patient referred to Dr. Vaibhav B Patil – Interventional Cardiologist in Pune, had advised to undergo Angioplasty .
But patient did not done any intervention and taken some alternative medicine treatment. He was taking EECP and other chelation therapy but after doing this kind of treatment for 2 months his symptoms are not controlled and he again referred to Dr. Vaibhav B Patil for angioplasty. After patient relative and patient consent and denial for bypass patient underwent successfully Angioplasty to left main to LAD AND PROXIMAL TO MID LAD
AND RCA stenting.
Patient discharge on 2nd post operative day.
