Case study of 65 year old female | Dr. Vaibhav Patil

A 65 year old female came to Hriday Siddhee Heart and Skin Superspeciality Clinic and got admitted with breathlessness NYHA Class IV
Her report depicted :
- Trop- I positive
- Echo – hypokinesia on inferior wall inferioposterior wall
- LVEF=40 %
- Coronary angiography suggestive of MID RCA 90-95 % lesion and distal RCA Near total occlusion with Thrombus
- LCX having 80-90 % lesion
Her HB showed 6.7
She underwent upper GI endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy which were normal. She was transfused with 2 PCV and underwent successfully PTCA with stenting to mid RCA and LCX to OM.
Dr. Vaibhav Patil- Consultant Interventional Cardiologist in Pune operated her successfully. Patient tolerated procedure well and was discharged in stable condition.
